Losing Someone You know is Like…
Losing someone you know and love is like…
Having all of your compassion and love abandon you, leaving you without anything to lean on when you start to feel alone.
Droping a hundred pound weight off a bridge representing your feelings for that person, but you realize that there was a rope attatched to it wrapped around your neck. You cant let go of your feelings, and they drag you downwards into a perpetual fall of unknowingness, and fear.
Standing motionless, paralized by fear. You are standing infront of death. Although you are terrified, you are willing to go. Your feelings are gone. There is nothing in this world left for you and that is why you are standing there. Shifting your weight forward you become engulfed in a weightlesness. You close your eyes wating for impact. Death attacks as you hit the ground taking your life in an instant.
Taking first step out of happiness and into reality. You have recieved new meaning on the word death. It seams like you have been re bourn into a world that you knew existed but never thought of untill now. This is the real world.
You might be incapable of finding a connection to this passage. If you are among the lucky few who are lost when they try to comprehend the true meaning in my words, then you should enjoy your ignorance. Life has done you a favor. Although if you dont fall into that category, then this piece might have conveyed some similar emotion to what you have experienced in the past. These were my feelings at first, but I have grown to realize that death is something that will never change. It is what makes us human. Understanding that we are just mere mortals, have to accept as truth, and live on. I dont know if anything could be more cruel, but it has to be.
